Humidification Plant Equipment – Air Washer Pipe Line Distributors

Air washer spray bank systems is made of heavy duty ‘B’ & ‘C’ class GI and UPVC pipes consisting of suction, delivery and header pipes, 40 & 80 schedule PVC raiser pipes and butterfly gate valves. The PVC non-clog nozzles are with stainless steel orifice of 6mm and stainless steel clamp to hold on the raiser pipes. The pipes are evently distributed in turn to distribute nozzles to create a uniform mist.

Air Washer is a water spray system or device for cleaning, humidifying, or dehumidifying the air. These Air Washer Pipe Lines are manufactured by Apex Humidification Engineers. The valves are designed as butterfly gate valves to spray the water through the raiser pipes. They are 40 & 80 scheduled PVC raiser pipes.
